Dance Your Butt Off
Did you know that you can burn up to 500 calories with enthusiastic dancing. Get some great music and start dancing or go to a school dance or all ages rock show.
Aerobics
Go to the fitness centeror plug in an aerobics video. Or do the P90 X or whatever fitness fad is on at the time of reading this.
Go Biking
- Around Your Local University Campus and see the activity
- Bike off a Dock Right into the Lake!
- Ride a Tandem Bike
- Go on a Bicycle Tour
- BMX biking
- Go Mountain Biking
Race
Pick a location and see who can run or bike the fastest there
Hoopster
Shoot Some Hoops at the school or local basketball court
Hiking
Try and find some nature but if you can't any hike will do.
Fun Fitness
Start a fitness program based around only fun activities that give you a good cardio workout.
Street Hockey
Get as many people as you can to get a game of street hockey going
In-line Skating
Learn to Juggle
JKuggling is actually pretty easy to learn. you just need a little focus, some practice and some patience
Go Skating
Go Roller Skating, In-line skating - ice skating at an indoor rink
Go Running
- In the woods
- By the river
- In a 5k, 10k or fun run race
- For a mile
- Run down the steepest hill you can find
- Triathlon - Train and enter for a triathlon
- Play Frisbee while running
- Try long distance cross country running or enter a marathon
Go search for cool rocksocks, or any interesting flora or fauna
Play Ping Pong at the community center
Skateboarding, Long boarding or Street Luging
In the Water
- Swim - In a lake, ocean or river
- Go Snorkelling
- Take a dip in the local swimming hole
- Swim at the Bottom of a Waterfall
- Swim in a Pool
Join a team sport
- Football
- Soccer
- Baseball
- Volleyball
- or whatever tickles your team sport funny bone.
Play tennis, racquetball or handball
Combine a spot with roller skating or inline skates. Like tennis or catch or frisbee. Do a round of Speed Golf - That is golfing as fast as you can.
